1. Appointments

Dream Lash Regina operates by appointment only from a private home studio in East Regina, Saskatchewan.
The exact studio address is provided by SMS 24 hours before your appointment. Please do not arrive without a confirmed booking.
Please arrive on time. Appointments begin at the booked time; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or, at the artist's discretion, a reschedule.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the booked service price.
No-shows may be charged the full service price and may be required to pay a deposit before rebooking.
To cancel or reschedule, reply to your reminder text or contact us directly.

When a deposit is required at booking, it is applied toward your service total at your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new appointment if you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

By booking, you confirm that to the best of your knowledge you have no eye infections, active skin conditions, allergies to lash adhesives/cyanoacrylate, or recent eye surgeries that would make lash services unsafe.
If you have sensitive eyes or a history of reactions, request a patch test at least 48 hours before a full appointment.
You agree to disclose any relevant allergies, medications, or eye conditions before your service begins.
The studio maintains strict hygiene standards: single-use applicators and sterilized tools for every client.

Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent, and the guardian must be reachable by phone during the appointment.

Aftercare instructions are provided at your appointment. Retention depends on aftercare, skin type, and natural lash growth cycle; results vary and are not guaranteed for a specific duration.
Please do not pull, pick, or remove extensions yourself — professional removal is available and protects your natural lashes.
A free adjustment within 48 hours of a full set may be offered at the artist's discretion for isolated retention issues.

Payment is due at the appointment unless a deposit was collected online. Accepted methods: e-transfer, cash, and major cards.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and include introductory pricing where displayed; prices are subject to change with notice.

Before/after photos may be taken for portfolio and social media use only with your verbal or written consent, given at the appointment. You may decline at any time.
Your personal information (name, phone, email) is used solely for booking, reminders, and service communication. It is never sold or shared.
